The NWO believes in philosophy of self-help at the community level to defeat the issues affecting our daily life. An ambitious plan is in hand to help the youngsters engage in self-employment that also includes efforts to hone an individual's skills including the womenfolk.

Currently a survey is underway to collect data so that plans could be prepared to enable individuals as well as families and even communities at large could engage in income-generating activities to bring about a positive change in the lives.
