Nishat Welfare Organization (NWO) is currently expanding its activities. We are looking for interns willing to work in and learn about non-profit/government organizations (NGOs). The intern should be passionate and self-motivated about designing and implementing credible solutions to problems in our targeted areas, using strong research principles and developed design sensibilities and skills in addition to meticulous organizational skills. NWO is a positive and motivated organization which is looking for energetic young male and female who fit that description. Responsibilities

• The internee will be filling a role of a research assistant, preparing project reports and proposals when needed.
• Will be required to collect and organize data in a presentable format.
• Carrying out research for innovative solutions of targeted areas.
• Conducting research observations and surveys.
• Working collaboratively with different teams to conduct required research for a project.
• Devising new ways of solving/resolving complex problems related to projects.

Requirements

• University student, preferably a graduate.
• Knowledge of research tools and techniques.
• Application of research tools & techniques for attainment of research objectives.
• Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work within cross functional teams.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Computer literate, able to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Should possess a PC and an internet connection at home.
