After Several Months of floods, Gandakha people are still waiting to get some aid from Government and Relief agencies.
The whole Gandakha is surrounded by floods water about 8 - 10 feet deep. No system of drainage for stagnant water has been reestablished by the Government.
NWO team recently visited the area and provided immediately the Ration to the people of Gandakha and planning for their future rehabilitation.

The NWO's operation in the flood-affected areas encompasses all the necessary work—from rescuing the marooned to the provision of shelter, food and health services. So far, our workers have waded through the water to reach out to more than 10,000 people from the flooded areas of Qazi Ahmed (District Benazirabad), Kandiaro (District Nosheroferoze), Dokri (District Larkana) and Seeta (District Dadu) and evacuated them to safety through boats, tractors, or any other means possible.
